Winter Seasonal Recipes from Laurie Bakke’s Kitchen

Are you ready for some new recipes for the holidays or looking for a unique gift for the foodie in your life? Then, I have the answer for you. I have a new e-book called Winter Seasonal Recipes From Laurie Bakke’s Kitchen, available through Amazon.

Soup for the holidays

Christmas is going to be so much fun because last year we were hulled up in our houses afraid of Covid. Don’t get me wrong, we all need to be very careful, but I feel the HOLIDAYS will be wonderful this year!!
The SEASON is about cooking to gather with our friends and family!

Everyone has their tried and true recipes, but the ebook will help you find new recipes to try and test out! I think you will love the new Winter Seasonal Recipes from Laurie Bakke’s Kitchen.

I always try to have a twist to my recipes, which usually begins with fresh herbs or a new spice or olive oil. My favorite spices, at the moment, are made right in our backyard by Spicewalla in Asheville, NC. I am carrying the spices in a new venture called Old Lab Mercantile on 5th Avenue in Hendersonville, NC.

Holiday Cookies

Here are a few to tease you with appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts. Starting with Candied Pecan Bacon. Then, a Citrus Salad with Avocado, Pomegranates, Fresh Mint, and Blush Vinaigrette. Next is the Roasted Butternut Soup with Bacon, Apples, Thyme, and Smoked Gouda (pictured above). Finally, a few desserts – the Lemon Curs Sandwich Cookies and finally, the Amaretti Cookie.

I will not share anymore and give all my secrets away! It is time to start cooking away with some fresh and entertaining recipes. It will make all your family and friends come back for more!
