Smoked Salmon Bruschetta

Who needs a quick appetizer made in a few minutes? We all do. The Smoked Salmon Bruschetta with Herb Spiced Goat Cheese will make everyone want more!

Smoked Salmon Bruschetta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 – 3 oz. Package Goat cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers – drained
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Italian Parsley- roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Mint – roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Smoked Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 Fresh Garlic Clove – minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Package Smoked Salmon – split into bite-size pieces Freshly Baked French Bread – sliced in 1/2 inch slice Italian Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add the goat cheese plus the next seven ingredients. Mix thoroughly until well blended. Add more olive oil to make it more spreadable if needed.
  • Place the cut French bread on a platter. Spread with the goat cheese mixture, and then place the salmon on the top. Make sure the salmon and the goat cheese are not falling outside the bread.
  • Garnish with the Italian Parsley. You are ready to serve.
