Method
- In a small bowl, add the goat cheese plus the next seven ingredients. Mix thoroughly until well blended. Add more olive oil to make it more spreadable if needed.
- Place the cut French bread on a platter. Spread with the goat cheese mixture, and then place the salmon on the top. Make sure the salmon and the goat cheese are not falling outside the bread.
- Garnish with the Italian Parsley. You are ready to serve.
