Minted Fruit Salad with Honey and Mint with dressing

This salad is simple but is enjoyed by all ages. It was a favorite at the cafe and home. There are many Honey and Lime Fruit Salad recipes on the internet and Pinterest, but with the addition of mint, which I think kicks it up a notch, this recipe is sure to want to make you go back for seconds and third servings.

How to Make Fruit Salad

First, with the fruit, you need to chop all the fruits with the exception of the blackberries and blueberries. Then, add all the fruit to a large mixing bowl.

Next, you will make the dressing. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, mint, and lime juice.

Then you will mix the fruit with dressing by pouring the dressing over the fruit just before serving and mix to coat evenly. It is that easy!
