I had the pleasure and experience to work with Executive Chef Michelle Bailey from Highland Lake Inn –  www.hlinn.com .  She was getting ready for a cooking class that she taught and presented to a group of 30 eager people.  I am filling in at the Inn, when needed, and helped her behind the scenes.  I just wanted to share the incredible picture of what Michelle created for the day.

Feast your eyes on Red-Wine Braised Short Ribs sitting on Hand-Crafted Fettucini, Fresh Tomato and Herb Sauce and Fried Capers garnished with Cucumber and Arugula Salad!!  Do I need to say more??
